Here's the deal:

I offer two ways to work together, and both are completely fine choices.

All-Inclusive Packages - One monthly fee covers everything (yes, even your year-end work - no surprise invoices in January when you're still recovering from Christmas!). Best value, complete peace of mind, and you'll never miss another deadline.

Standalone Services - Just need one thing sorted? Perfect. No package required, no long-term commitment, just straightforward pricing for exactly what you need.

Not sure which makes sense for you? That's literally what I'm here for. Get a free quote and I'll give you honest advice about what fits your situation - no upselling, no pressure, just common sense.

ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES

Monthly Packages - Everything Included

Fixed monthly fees. Complete compliance. No year-end surprises.

My packages are designed to make your life easier - everything you need, one monthly fee, no nasty surprises.

Why packages make sense:

No January panic - Your year-end accounts and tax return are allocated throughout the year, so there's no "oops, I forgot you'd need to pay for that" moment in January. (You're welcome.)

I've got your back - I proactively monitor your deadlines and chase you BEFORE things are overdue, not after. No HMRC penalty letters turning up because something slipped through the cracks.

Actual responses - 48-hour email response guarantee (usually much faster - I'm not good at ignoring my inbox). No automated replies, no ticket systems, just me.

Everything included - Xero subscription, review calls, HMRC correspondence handling, deadline reminders. If it's needed to keep you compliant, it's in the package.

You get me, directly - No call centres where you have to explain your business to someone new every time. No account managers. Just me, and I'll actually remember who you are.

Choose your package based on where you are now - you can always upgrade as you grow.

(And if you leave it too late and end up needing catch-up work? No judgment - it happens to everyone. I'll just quote separately for sorting out the backlog, then we'll get you onto your regular monthly fee.)

SOLE TRADER ESSENTIALS

£325 per month

Perfect for: Self-employed individuals who want complete compliance without the hassle.

What's Included:

Monthly services:

  • Monthly bookkeeping via Xero

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Monthly management accounts (delivered by 20th of each month)

  • Expense categorisation and tracking

Annual services (allocated monthly - no separate bill!):

  • Year-end accounts preparation (5-6 months after your year-end)

  • Self-Assessment tax return (filed by October, well before the January deadline)

  • Tax liability calculations and payment planning

I aim to file all Self-Assessment returns by 31st October - well ahead of the January deadline. This gives you peace of mind early and avoids the January rush.

If you join after October: Don't worry - HMRC's official deadline is 31st January. If you come to me between November and January, I'll still complete and file your return before the deadline, provided you give me all the information I need promptly.

Important: The closer we get to 31st January, the less time there is to work with. If you contact me in December or January, I can't guarantee completion before the deadline unless information is provided immediately and your return is straightforward.

What you won't get: Judgment about that shoebox of receipts from 2024. We've all been there.

Standalone Services

Standalone Services - Just What You Need

Not ready for full commitment? That's fine - I offer individual services too. No package required, no questions asked.

Sometimes you just need one specific thing sorted - and that's absolutely fine.

When standalone services make sense:

  • You only need your annual tax return done (and you're quite happy doing your own bookkeeping, thank you very much)

  • You want to try working together before committing to a package

  • Your needs are seasonal or irregular

  • You're the "I'll just handle most of this myself" type (respect!)

How it works:

  • Fixed fee quoted upfront (no "oh by the way, it'll actually cost more")

  • Pay per service or per submission

  • Same professional standards as package clients

  • Same 48-hour response time

Fair warning: If you come to me in mid-January saying "I need my tax return filed by 31st January and I haven't looked at my receipts yet" - I'll try my best, but I can't promise miracles. The earlier you come to me, the less stressful it is for everyone!

SELF-ASSESSMENT TAX RETURN

What's included:

  • Preparation of your Self-Assessment tax return (SA100)

  • Self-employment pages (SA103) if applicable

  • Tax liability calculation

  • Filing to HMRC

  • Basic tax payment planning advice

I aim to file all Self-Assessment returns by 31st October - well ahead of the January deadline. This gives you peace of mind early and avoids the January rush.

If you join after October: Don't worry - HMRC's official deadline is 31st January. If you come to me between November and January, I'll still complete and file your return before the deadline, provided you give me all the information I need promptly.

Pro tip: The earlier you get me your information, the earlier you know how much tax you'll owe - and the less chance of me sending you frantic 'WHERE ARE YOUR RECEIPTS' emails in December."

Price: Quoted based on complexity

Typical timeline: 2-3 weeks from receiving complete information (translation: all of it, not just the bits you found first)

BOOKKEEPING SERVICES

What's included:

  • Recording all business transactions in Xero

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Invoice and expense tracking

  • Monthly or quarterly management accounts

  • Financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)

Options:

  • Monthly bookkeeping

  • Quarterly bookkeeping

  • Annual catch-up: One-time service to get you up to date

Typical Timeline:

Monthly bookkeeping: Information due by 10th of each month. Management accounts delivered by 20th of the same month.

Quarterly bookkeeping: Information due by the 10th of the month following quarter-end. Management accounts delivered within 20 working days of receiving complete information.

Annual catch-up: Timeline agreed individually depending on volume and complexity of backlog. I'll give you a clear completion date before starting.

Important for all services: Timelines are based on receiving complete, accurate information by the agreed deadline. If information arrives late or is incomplete, the delivery date will move accordingly. I'll always let you know if this happens.

Honest moment: If your bookkeeping is currently a pile of receipts in a Tesco bag, I've seen worse. Seriously. We'll get it sorted.

Price: Quoted based on transaction volume (and whether I need a stiff coffee before opening your records - kidding! Mostly.)

PAYROLL SERVICES

What's included:

  • Monthly payroll processing

  • Payslip generation

  • RTI submissions to HMRC

  • P60s at year-end

  • Pension auto-enrolment reporting (if applicable)

PAYE penalties are expensive. Let me handle your payroll submissions so HMRC doesn't send you scary letters about late filings. (Those are never fun letters.)

Price: Quoted based on number of employees

Typical Timeline: Payslips delivered 2-3 days before pay date (so you're not scrambling at 9am on payday)

VAT RETURNS

What's included:

  • Quarterly VAT return preparation

  • VAT reconciliation

  • Submission to HMRC via MTD

  • VAT payment deadline reminders

VAT deadline missed? That's a £400 penalty from HMRC. I'd rather you didn't pay that. Let me handle your VAT returns and you'll never miss another one.

Price: Fixed fee per quarterly return

Typical timeline: Submitted 2-3 days before deadline (not 11:59pm on the deadline like some people do - no judgement though)

LIMITED COMPANY ACCOUNTS & CORPORATION TAX

What's included:

  • Year-end statutory accounts preparation

  • Corporation Tax computation (CT600)

  • Filing to Companies House

  • Filing to HMRC

  • Basic tax planning advice

Not-So-Fun Fact: Filing your company accounts late with Companies House = automatic penalty + potential strike-off. Not filing = even worse. Let's not do either of those things.

Price: Quoted based on company size and complexity

Typical timeline: 4-6 weeks from receiving complete information

CIS RETURNS

What's included:

  • Monthly CIS return preparation (CIS300)

  • Submission to HMRC

  • CIS verification support

  • Subcontractor payment tracking

CIS penalties start at £100 per month. For context, that's roughly the cost of having me do it properly in the first place. Just saying.

Price: Quoted based on number of subcontractors

Typical timeline: Submitted by 19th of month following payment (because HMRC gets really grumpy about late CIS returns)

Not sure what you need

Let Me Recommend the Right Option

Look, I get it - pricing pages are overwhelming and you're probably not sure which option makes sense.

Here's my honest advice:

Choose a PACKAGE if:

  • You want predictable monthly costs (no "surprise, here's a bill for £2,000" in January)

  • You need multiple services handled

  • You want someone to proactively manage your deadlines

  • You'd rather just pay one person to handle ALL of it

Choose STANDALONE if:

  • You only need one thing

  • You're genuinely happy doing most of it yourself

  • Your needs are irregular or seasonal

  • You want to try working together first (totally fair!)

Still not sure?

Get a free quote and I'll tell you honestly what makes sense for your situation. Sometimes that's a package. Sometimes that's standalone services. Sometimes it's "actually, you're probably fine doing this yourself and just getting me to check your tax return."

I'd rather be honest with you than sell you something you don't need.
