Monthly services:

• Monthly bookkeeping via Xero

• Bank reconciliation

• Monthly Business Review — I check your finances every month so nothing catches you out: bank balance against upcoming direct debits, PAYE due and when, pension contributions paid or due, and where you stand on VAT part-way through the quarter

• Payroll for up to 5 employees

• Monthly payroll submissions to HMRC (RTI)

• Payslip generation

Quarterly services:

• Quarterly VAT returns (preparation and submission), included at no extra cost even once you register for VAT — one less thing to budget for as you grow. Applies to standard VAT schemes; more complex VAT positions are priced separately.

Annual services (allocated monthly - no separate bill!):

• Year-end statutory accounts preparation

• Corporation Tax computation and filing

• One director's Self-Assessment tax return

• Companies House confirmation statement

• P60s at year-end
