• VAT returns (if not on Plus package): +£35/month

• Rental property income: +£30/month per property

• Additional complex income streams: from +£25/month

For Limited Companies:

• Additional employees (6-10 if on Essentials): +£10/month per employee

• Additional directors' Self-Assessment: £180 each

• P11D preparation: £60 per person

• CIS monthly returns: +£60/month

• Dividend planning consultation: £150 one-off

📅 How It Works

Getting started is simple:

Step 1: Choose Your Package
Select the package that fits your business structure and needs.

Step 2: Book Discovery Call
We'll have a 20-minute chat to make sure we're a good fit and the package is right for you.

Step 3: Sign Up
Sign your engagement letter online (takes 5 minutes).

Step 4: Quick ID Checks
Legal requirement for all accountants - takes about 2 minutes.

Step 5: Onboarding
45-minute call to set up Xero and Dext, get your bank feeds connected, and show you how everything works.

Step 6: We Take Over
From now on, I handle your accounting. You just snap receipts and run your business!

Timeline: Usually 4-5 days from "yes" to "all set up and ready to go."

💳 Payment

All packages are:

• Paid monthly by standing order or Direct Debit

• Payment on the 1st of each month

• No long-term contract (30 days notice to cancel)

• 8% discount if you pay annually upfront

First month: Prorated if you start mid-month
